    Battlefield 3 Gulf of Oman, Strike at Karkand Gameplay Videos

    THE BUZZ: Two videos of the upcoming Back to Karkand DLC showed up online today, taking a look at two of the pack’s included maps.

    EGM’s TAKE: Putting aside the skills of the person playing in the videos—the opening moments of the first video are hilarious, as I think the player hits everything but his target—it’s still a nice look at the two maps.

    Battlefield 3 – Hundreds of Players Banned for Cheating

    THE BUZZ: Hundreds of players have been banned by EA and DICE from Battlefield 3 after being caught cheating.

    “This week we’ve banned hundreds of offending accounts and have stats-wiped accounts for exploiting (such as boosting)…” DICE said on Twitter. The stat wipes are apparently connected to the EOD Bot exploit that allowed players to get thousands of XP points with no effort. “To report players cheating or boosting send us a direct message to this Twitter with a screen shot of the Battle Log Report,” the developer asks.

    EGM’s TAKE: The old adage of cheaters never prospering comes to mind.
